The poetess Neelam Mishra has given a sentimental expression to her feelings and her poems describe a deep reality beyond the common or obvious. Reading the poems, one feels that the poetess has seen and observed the wailing and crying of women in the society at large and has tried to give a vision that can dispel the darkness with compassion. If a sharp pang arises in the heart, then an unknown anxiety covers the entire personality and the intense feeling of doing something keeps shaking the soul. In such a situation, no matter how long the gap in creativity may have been, even then, as soon as an opportunity is found, all the feelings, thoughts and sensations gathered in the heart are expressed in their entirety. One just needs an opportunity to remove the ashes settled on the burning fire, and then the expression that is born after the labor pain is the culmination of creative and deep feeling. This poetry collection is a collection of expressions born after such labor pains. -Satya Prakash Sharma (Senior Journalist)
