Teacher - Explaining the need for radical change in education, the National Curriculum Framework 2005 states about the role of teachers - "They should be encouraging collaborators in teaching-learning situations and facilitators of learning, who can help their students to follow their idols." To enable them to discover their potential, to realize their physical and intellectual capabilities to their full potential, to develop the required social and human values and character and to play the role of responsible citizens.” The question is how to prepare teachers?
