About the Book -
This book is divided into two parts:
The first section is about the fundamentals of nutrition and its importance to our health. In today's technological society, people want what is convenient, but they do not consider the nutritional value of their diet, resulting in a variety of health concerns that are simply repressed by popping pills.
In the second half of the book, I discussed healthy lifestyles and the significance of reversing these diseases after word lifestyle, which has become imperative; otherwise, we will be in great danger in the near future.
I believe it is time to wake up and take action to improve your health holistically and live a healthier life.
This book is for everyone on this earth who wants to become healthier, reverse any lifestyle diseases, and lead a healthy life.
