D. Venkatesh, MD, is serving as Professor, Department of Medical Education, Ramaiah Medical College, Bengaluru, as former Head of the Department of Physiology at the same institute. He has been teaching physiology to UG and PG students and guiding PhD students for more than 39 years. He has published/presented more than 110 scientific papers in national and international journals and conferences. He is a recipient of FAIMER (Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research, Philadelphia, USA) fellowship for innovation in medical education. He has been bestowed with KP Puthuraya National Award for the “Best Teacher in Physiology” and ML Gupta Award for “Substantial Contribution in Medical Education” awarded by the Association of Physiologists and Pharmacologists of India. He is on the editorial board of several journals and has contribute as reviewer for reputed national and international journals. He has also served as an inspector for the Medical Council of India
H.H. Sudhakar, MD, is serving as Professor of Physiology, Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bengaluru. He has an experience of 29 years of teaching physiology to both UG and PG students. He has published/presented more than 30 scientific papers in national and international journals and conferences. He is on the Editorial Board of Arogya Vignana, the journal of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. He also serves as an examiner at both UG and PG levels.
