Anju Dhir born in 1965 as Anju Rana in Rana family from Hoshiarpur (India). She lived with her parents in Shimla. Anju did her schooling, graduation and post garduation from Shimla itself. After marriage her name changed to Anju Dhir as a custom in India. She taught as an owner of coaching centre and tried to bring change in their lives. As a faculty of microbiology she taught in nursing college in Shimla. With a teaching experience of more than 26 years, she started writing for various journals. These articles can be read online. She is PhD in biotechnology with research experience in venom of Indian common krait. She has publishjed her knowledge on snakes in many journals. The online book on Kindle ' Indian common Krait' shares her views on this deadly snake.
Her another interest is in microbiology and she has an honour of publishing a course book of microbioology 'Textbook of microbiology for BSc and post basic nursing students' that is meant for nurses.
