This book attempts to chalk out a simple process by which we can start by loving what we do until we embark on "What We Love." The 10 Steps is all about me and myself, starting with soul searching, having a vision/mission for my life, Setting SMART Goals and executing them, Having a high EQ, Self-Discipline, constantly developing myself, living a balanced life, reviewing and monitoring my journey, giving back to society and “BEING HAPPY”, doing all this. With 45 years of experience in different industries and being a Life Coach/Mentor, the author has shared his experiences and the thousands of people he has worked with in his long and illustrious career.
