Raymond Lacoste is a Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI) who has dedicated his IT career to teaching others. Starting out as a mentor at Skillsoft, he helped students with their studies, explaining various Cisco, Microsoft, and industry-related concepts in ways that improved the students understanding. Now he spends his days at Skillsoft teaching the CCNA and CCNP Routing and Switching certification track. He has taught over 300 Cisco classes in addition to the countless practice labs, demonstrations, hands-on labs, and student guides he has developed. However, it is not just about teaching, it is also about learning. To date, Raymond has passed more than 100 IT certification exams as he continues to keep his learning and knowledge up-to-date. His certification wall includes various Cisco certifications, Microsoft certifications, CompTIA certifications, and the ISC2 CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) designation. He was also awarded the Cisco Sirius Top Quality Instructor award.
