Paul Morris began writing as a travelling teacher, leaving UK schools to live and work in Mexico City, Madrid and Paris before eventually returning to London. As an education writer he began as co-author of four titles in the 'Discovering the MYP' series for IB Publications.
Paul then conceived, designed and is series editor of Hodder Education's bestselling and market breaking 'MYP by Concept' series. He is the author of the MYP 4-5 'Physics by Concept' title, co-author of the MYP 1-3 Sciences titles and co-author of the MYP 4-5 Sciences title.
Paul designed Hachette Singapore's iGCSE 'Science in Practice' texts which won the Singapore Ministry of Education tender for the Physics and Biology titles. He recently developed and co-authored Hodder Education's forthcoming IB Diploma Physics text.
Paul has authored both hard copy and online Sciences resources for the national educational systems of Qatar and of Sweden, and also reviewed and developed resources for numerous education publishers including Cambridge University Press and Westchester Education.
Paul is currently an IBDP coordinator and Deputy Principal with responsibility for university guidance but was also an IB-MYP Coordinator for 8 years. An early adopter of IBMYP, he was an IBMYP Sciences moderator and worked with the IB on the writing team for the 'MYP Sciences Guide 2010,' and co-edited the accompanying 'MYP Sciences Teacher Support Materials.'
Paul has also worked as consultant to IB schools in the UK and led teacher workshops internationally, both independently and with InThinking.

Paul speaks French and Spanish and is learning Russian, though now lives in London, where his remaining time is occupied with running, twin boys, a cat and trying to improve his guitar playing skills.
