Pratyush Banerjee has been working at the level of an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management, Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, since June 2017. Prior to joining BITS, he worked as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Human Resource Management at ICFAI Business School (IBS) Hyderabad, ICFAI Foundation of Higher Education (IFHE) University, from June 2015 to June 2017. His areas of research include HR analytics, HR planning, HR audit and E-HRM.
Dr Banerjee completed his PhD in 2014 from ICFAI University, Dehradun, in the area of ‘e-recruitment’. He holds a PGDM with HRM specialization from All India Management Association and a BTech in electronics and telecommunications from St. Thomas’ College of Engineering and Technology, Kolkata. He had brief stints in the telecom and the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) industries before pursuing his academic career.
