He has written many research papers for reputed journals and has undertaken projects for prestigious organisations, like the Planning Commission in New Delhi and the New Delhi Directorate of Adult Education, NCERT. His published books include Gender Bias in Girl Child Education (2002), Social Inclusion and Empowerment through Education (2019) and Statistics and its Application in Social Science Research (2020).

Dr. Rukmani Devi did her Ph.D. in Economics from G. B. Pant Social Science Institute, Allahabad. Currently working as Senior Research Associate at Giri Institute of Development Studies, Lucknow, she has published several research papers in reputed journals and presented them in national and international seminars.
