Prof. Rameshwar Mishra is a philosopher, sociologist, and historian. He is a former advisor in the Culture Department of the Government of India, former director of the Dharampal Research Institute in Bhopal, former secretary of the Bharat Bhavan, Bhopal, and the author of 25 books, including "Kabhi Bhi Bharat Paradhīn Nahīn Rahā Hai" and has edited many important letters and periodicals. Over three thousand of his articles have been published.
