An educator with over 30 years of hands-on experience, Kaadambari has an extensive background as a teacher across multiple Examination Boards, which include IGCSE/A level and CBSE/ICSE in India and overseas. She has extended this experience successfully as Director of prominent educational consultancies such as GEMS Education, Learn Today of the India Today group and the Shri Ram Education Trust, where her work centred on establishing K-12 schools and developing the Early Years and Primary curricula for the schools in her care. Her certification in Language Development and Literacy in Early Childhood Education with Kinderland Singapore, gave her the necessary support to work successfully with her younger students, allowing her to hold the position of Principal of an International school in Jakarta, for the next five years taking the school to new heights. She decided to write for Early Years because she felt that a developmentally appropriate series was necessary. She believes that creating the skills for transition into Grade 1 are essential and this forms the basis of the new Early Years series. Moreover, no programme can be successful without supporting the facilitator who is implementing it, a feature that these books include on every page.
